Our Juheng pizza production is  so fast.” It’s  engineered to produce a lot of pies in a very short amount of time.  That’s  a boon when we  have to  ship large orders. Machines act in concert as a team, each performing its specific role very rapidly. For instance, one  machine slathers on  the sauce, another sprinkles the cheese and other toppings, then another cooks the pizza.  This means we can  cook hundreds of  pizzas in an hour!

We also care a lot  about making sure every  pizza  comes out  perfectly. Our  line allows us  to do so as  it is extremely consistent. That way all the  pizzas on the  line  will have  the right amount of  sauce, cheese,  and toppings. No  more, no less. It’s like having a pizzaiolo doing  every single one! And it’s definitely really  efficient —  once you put the ingredients in, the  machine is so  good at what it’s doing, we don’t lose ingredients,  which is cool for keeping costs down.
