The baking technology for Arab and pita bread necessitates the use of high-temperature tunnel ovens, capable of reaching baking temperatures of up to 550°C. JUHENG has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of these high-temperature ovens by effectively managing the convection of extremely hot heating media. The ovens can be equipped with gas or electric emitters positioned either above or below the baking band. For cyclotherm ovens, typical burners enhance heat transfer through intensive convection, heating both the upper and lower sections of the baking chamber. These burners can operate using commonly available types of gas or liquid fuels.
In addition to the high-temperature requirements, there is a demand for a short baking time. For these products, the baking duration is quite brief, ranging from 6 to 8 seconds, depending on their weight.
