Today, join us, as we show you the entire process behind the scenes of making shawarma! 

Shawarma is a delicious Middle Eastern food. Using thin slices of flavorful meat, fresh crunchy veggies, and yummy sauces to top it all off. Shawarma might seem easy to make, but if you’re doing everything by hand it can take hours. This is why we have special machines to help us. We have so many machines on our production line that work together like a team to create our shawarma and make the best product for our customers.

How Shawarma is Made on a Production Line

First, we prepare the meat. Which means we wash and slice it, thinly. And then we mix it with some special spices to make the meat taste really good. Marinating the meat with these spices is critical, as it adds tons of flavor. After marinating, we insert the meat on the stick. That stick turns slowly over heat, alchemizing muscle into the sweet meat of parsley, garlic and lean fat. Then we slice the vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, to prepare for topping. These fresh vegetables gave a good crunch and flavour to the shawarma. Now, we assembled it all, which we layered the well-seasoned meat, fresh vegetables and simosasauce, in soft pita bread. A shawarma is thankfully thus a complete meal!
