Detailed Description
1. This line is equipped with a high-efficiency continuous sheeting process. A pre-sheeter receives bulk dough and forms an initial sheet, which is then precisely calibrated by a series of reduction rollers. The integrated gauge control system ensures the final dough sheet maintains a uniform, preset thickness (adjustable for different naan styles), providing the perfect foundation for consistent baking quality.
2. At the heart of the line is a robust rotary or reciprocating cutting station equipped with interchangeable cutting dies. This allows for instant switching between a wide variety of naan shapes and sizes.

3. Designed for maximum material efficiency and continuous operation, the line features an automatic scrap recovery conveyor. The dough web leftover after cutting is immediately gathered, lifted, and seamlessly re-fed into the initial sheeting stage.
4. The cut naan blanks are gently transferred onto a final proofing conveyor or directly onto oven-loading belts. A climate-controlled proofing system (if included) provides optimal, gentle fermentation.
