This meant they had to work faster and smarter (along with the continued support of their friends) to keep up with the ever increasing demand for their tasty street food

The resourceful team at Juheng began to dissect their method for making Roujiamo sandwiches. We stood very close to them as the dough was prepared, the meat cooked and sandwich constructed. What they learned was that in some areas the process could be done better with a fair amount of efficiency

After analyzing the production line, Juheng's team also proposed a series of clever solutions to improve efficiency in Roujiamo processing. So they decided to reorganize the work stations and make sure that each worker had all tools he needed near hand. They even made a time management of what to do when so that everything runs smoothly
How We Doubled Our Productivity by Enhancing Workflow and Automation
The only way the team of Juheng were going to double production was to innovate their drop-back assembly line creation of Roujiamo sandwiches. Some machines were also installed by them for doing some tasks which consumed a lot of time and very difficult to be done manually by workers. That saved a whole bunch of time and you could use the workers at doing these other important things in the process
Overcoming Obstacles and Barriers to Boost Manufacturing Capacity
While the Juheng team hustled to boost their manufacturing capabilities, they experienced a few bumps in the road. They needed to ensure that all the workers were receiving comprehensive and proper training to operate the new machines, as well as follow the new process. They also had to figure out how to hold more ingredients, as well pre-made sandwiches in the factory without taking it all up
How adequately can the art of making the 20 year old famous street food be perfectly produced in mass quantities
Challenges were there, but the Juheng team never gave up. Together, they would hustle to remove roadblocks and innovate solutions. Due to their perseverance and dedication they were able to double production on the Roujiamo line, in turn fulfilling customer orders for this mouthwatering Chinese street food
In the final analysis, however, the team at Juheng couldn't help but be proud of what they had done. They showed through teamwork, creativity, and hard work anything can be done in life whether it is to make the most delicious Roujiamo sandwiches for more people to eat or something else. And they understood that the would-be growing and expanding in future too, which would have juiced up their factory even more successful
